We are all neighbors, and everyone’s enjoyment of living at The Wave depends, in part, on how we all treat each other and our common property.   We encourage you to get involved in YOUR community, and to watch over it with loving care.  After all, The Wave is YOUR HOME for three months, three years or even longer!    

The Wave was built in 1969, and underwent a $10M condo conversion by MCZ Centrum, completed in 2004.  There are 551 residential units and 23 retail and professional spaces.
